  Bay Creek HOA
Bay CREEK Modifications Committee / DRC
Our Modifications Committee reviews all applications from Bay Creek homeowners prior to submittal to Pelican Landing's DRC. Applications are due to Bay Creek at least one week prior to their due date to PLCA. Signatures from two out of the three members are required for approval. The committee approves applications that are simple and non-controversial.  If an approval is requested for something unusual, the Modifications Committee will make a recommendation to the Bay Creek Board, and the Board itself will vote on the matter. If a member of the Modifications Committee requires an approval for their home, he/she will be substituted by an officer of the Bay Creek Board. Information on the three homeowners who lead the Modifications Committee follows:

Modification Committee/DRC Commitment Pledges:

Gary McKinney:
I believe that our neighbors should have latitude on choices of landscape design, exterior colors, and home alterations, provided they don’t significantly affect their immediate neighbors or detract from the overall character of our community. We need to maintain continuity and choices to improve the total neighborhood, not just one owner’s choice. I have six years of providing DRC service for Vanderbilt Lakes as well as five years of providing DRC service for Bay Creek Dr. The DRC representative may not vote on any application or modification on their own residence.

John Siebart:
My name is John Siebart and I am volunteering for a position on the BAY CREEK DRC. I have been a homeowner in Pelican Landing since August of 1995. My first residence was in SouthBridge, then moved to CAPRI, then purchased in Bay Creek in July of 2015. I am married to Mary Beth Malay, M.D. retired.

I have seen monumental growth in the PLCA, Bonita, etc. I believe and am committed to ensure that Bay Creek should be the most desirable neighborhood in PLCA. In order to achieve that designation, I feel that we should do everything economically prudent to ensure we achieve that goal. I believe the DRC should review all residents submissions without a bias, and have mature discussions on any submissions for modifications. I also believe that any member of the DRC that submits a DRC app should be recused from voting on said proposal. The president of Bay Creek should then appoint an ALTERNATE DRC committee selection to vote of said proposal.

Gary Young:
 Statement to be updated.

Please submit your DRC form to any of the members above.  They will contact you if they have any questions, otherwise they'll secure the second signature and forward your form to Pelican Landing's DRC. Please be sure to submit your request at least one week before it's due to PLCA.
