Annual HOA Meeting (2025):
Bay Creek last annual meeting was on February 18th, 2025.
This meeting was primarily to elect board officers.
Old business and issues residents had were considered.
No new business was conducted at this meeting but we recorded all issues for the new board's first meeting in March.
After voting, the elected officers will stepped away and decided who would fill officer positions:

A new Board was elected at the Annual HOA Meeting on February 21, 2023.
Gary McKinney: President

Gretchen Schrader: Secretary
Jim Yost: Treasurer

MaryBeth Malay: Board Member
The AGENDA followed at at the meeting was as follows:
1. Certification of Quorum – Caren Gegenheimer
2. Call to Order – Jose Suarez
3. Proof of Meeting Notice – Caren Gegenheimer
4. Any necessary approvals of Minutes – Caren Gegenheimer
5. 2022 Activity Recap – Jose Suarez
6. Financial Report – Jose Suarez
7. New Board Selection
8. Open Forum
9. Adjourn
Modifications/Design Review Committee:
Your HOA Board has elected three neighbors to head our Modifications Committee / DRC (MC/DRC): Gary McKinney, John Siebart, Gretchen Schrader. Signatures from two out of the three members are required for approvals. The MC/DRC will approve applications that are simple and non-controversial. If an approval is requested for something unusual, the MC/DRC will make a recommendation to the Bay Creek Board and the entire Board will vote on the matter. If a member of the MC/DRC requires an approval for their home, he/she will be substituted by an officer of the Bay Creek Board. Going forward, please submit DRC requests to Gary— at least one week before they due to PLCA DRC*. Gary will contact you if there are any questions and coordinate the second signature and submittal to Pelican Landing’s DRC. Gary’s, John’s and Gretchen's emails are in our website's private directory.
